I received my package today for order number 421****. The shampoo was in the box, but the conditioner was not. Please either refund the $17.98 for the conditioner or reship it.

Beauty Brands - Scam Website!

First red flag was that there was NO contact after I placed an order, then they kept cancelling my order without explanation, just an automated message just stating the order was cancelled. Then I realized NONE of my money was being refunded.

I had to do a bunch of charge-backs through my bank because this website's response time is weeks. I tried to give this company a chance, I really did.

I wish I would have seen reviews BEFORE I ever tried to place an order. Total waste of time, money, effort, and hope.

Wrote to them.

No response. I would stay far away from this company, they are simply thieves.

Order status has never been responded to. 3 weeks and waiting

I placed an order on December 24 however, I never received it. I called them and let them multiple messages on their voicemail and the customer service rep.

They called me back. The next day was extremely rude and not helpful at all. She told me that she would get my message to somebody after I called back a second time and have a supervisor call me yet.

Ive never heard from anybody so I called the store and they said they were going to have somebody call me still havent heard from anybody. This is the third week that I still dont have my product but they have their money.

I ordered hair extensions that the stylist told me to get, made the delivery for their address so they could have it on hand and ready, then said thats not going to work. Then I have called up multiple, multiple times to get a hold of the stylist and even given my info and absolutely nothing in response.

Spa pedicure

I have been coming here since 2004. I have a great mani and pedi person.

No complaint there. I am upset with the spa products you use now. It's a sugar scrub smells like lysol. The mask is like slimey.

The hot towel machine has a broken door still not fixed after 4 weeks.

I could go anywhere to get this service. I have been very happy before this week

Inform The Public & Mgmt & Continuing Education For Hair Stylists

I've recently been using Beauty Brands for 6 months for women's hair cuts. Very convenient.

I noticed the last two times, that my cut lasted a very short time. I felt she had just started to cut my hair, to find that she was finished. Had to of only been 10 minutes. I felt she spent very little time in shaping/trimming, and parts had not been touched.

I saw her make one snip on the top. I always have to mention to layer more on top. I got home and it didn't look like it had been cut at all. Some trim in back.

Very little on top. Did not have any shape.

Sloppy look. Terrible cut.

Tried to find a NEW stylist and BB made it even more difficult

First stylist was great until second appotinment he never showed up. BB scheduled me with another stylist but they called me last minute when she didn;t come into work.

Third stylist my appointment was scheduled for the wrong day, partically my fault because I didn't pay attention to my text message. But really after all this discombobulation I was over it all.

Service complaint

i have been a client of Beauty Brands for a long time, but have recently been treated very rudely....the Manager at the store in Shiloh...Jamie...was very rude and sarcastic recently while I was there to get a trim and hi-light. Also, the operator that I had an appt with..Mandy...was very rude.

Not only did she use extremely hot water on the back of my head she also did not cut the back of my hair along the neck area in a straight area.. I did not observe this until I got home and noticed the jagged area. This imakes the second time that Mandy has been sarcastic and rude. I am very surprised at the treatment that I received from both Jamie and Mandy..

When I mentioned the temperature of the water to Mandy instead of her saying she was sorry, she replied OK. Needless to say I was not happy when I left and doubt very much if I will return for any more services or for that matter any beauty supplies....Maybe they were both having a bad day.

I purchased multiple times from their website over the years. After having orders cancelled after payment, I contacted customer service.

I was told there was some reselling going on in my area, and I was not allowed to purchase from their company. I was not buying merchandise to resell. I saw some good deals and tried to purchase more than 1.

Without any communication, beauty brands has decided to decline my business. I had also received expired and used items in the past when ordering from them.

It is the absolute worst experience I have ever had shopping online. 2 orders later, both were cancelled, after waiting 2 months.

Was told only after I contacted a store Manager, that my order was lost. Then they just cancelled it. I had to go to the store. The entire time they still had my money.

I was sent an email stating it would be refunded within 5-10 additional business days. I spent an additional $70 at the store. The next day they sent part of my order and charged me again!! So basically.

They charged me 3 times included my store purchase for the items I waited 2 months on. And the reason I contacted the store was because you cannot reach a person at their customer service number ever, you are told to leave a message!!

And noone would respond to the customer service email for weeks, if ever! Noone seems to know what is going on there because after not receiving either order, I was sent emails asking me to review products on both orders!!

Missing order can't get ahold of ANYONE

said my order was delivered, someone was home all day and items never showed up. $60 worth of product just gone and I can't just afford to order it again.

I have emailed and called COUNTLESS TIMES. I got one response telling me they are investigating 5 days ago and nothing. The email was totally white with just the text of a question of me being home at time of delivery and then telling me they would look into it. Thats it.

No sign off, signature, salutation or anything. I have called and left a message several times with no response. Do not order from this company!!! I will be spreading that knowledge to everyone I know and everyone that follows me on social medias, especially Influenster.

Could not be more upset. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company.
